115 Temporary Full Time Seasonal LANDSCAPING ROW Workers, Alfonso Gallegos Inc, 11/01/2024-07/31/2025 All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform the work described and must be available the entire period specified. Temporary full-time seasonal position Brush Clearer for utility Right of Way activities as per Soc/OES 37-3011. Duties: spray fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide on shrubs, trees, foliage, use hand/auto sprayers. Perform physical activities: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength exert max muscle force to push, pull, carry objects up to 50 lbs. Outdoors exposed to weather. Variable weather conditions apply; hrs may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime/ OT.

Wage Range: CA: $18.44-24.14/hr OT$27.66-36.21/hr. Work site(s): Transport provided, designated locale to job site at no cost to worker; begin: Redwood Valley, CA: continue multiple counties in CA. [Transport/subsistence reimbursed (by first paycheck) most reasonable transport available, cost from place which worker has come to work for employer, whether in U.S. or abroad, to place of employment. Once worker completed 50% of employment period,transport costs (most efficient carrier cost), and subsistence costs reimbursed to worker. [Upon completion work contract or where worker dismissed early, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs return transport/ subsistence back home or to place worker originally departed to work, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer. Amount of transport payment or reimbursement will be equal most economical/reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at rate of $15.88 per day during travel to max of $59 per day w/ receipts. Employer provided tools, supplies/equipment w/o charge/deposit. Misc. a single workweek as standard to compute wages due. Wage pd every 2-wks. (possible weekly). Company makes available company vehicle after hrs for reasonable personal use; contributions up to $35 per wk to help cover costs of personal use will be deducted based on mileage.
