The Analyst, Client Technologies is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market.

This position is part of the Client Technologies team and will be located in Redruth, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for addressing more complex incidents, identifying and resolving problems from escalating where appropriate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Service Desk incident and request management

  • User Computing Systems and tool provisioning

  • IT systems and facility maintenance

  • Collaborate with global diverse IT teams

  • Manager On Duty Rotation to support Business Continuity and Critical System uptime

  • Focus on complex incident and request management

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Expertise in OS (Client and Server), O365 applications, network and server infrastructure and technologies

  • Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience

  • Ability to focus on more complex Incident , Problem & Request Management

  • Root Cause Analysis

  • Calm and professional manner

  • Team-orientated mindset with openness to constructive feedback

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems

  • Passion for problem solving and customer service

  • Basic Project management

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ITIL and/or MCSA certification

  • Project Management experience
