As a Technical Program Manager of the Identity & Network Access, Entra Core Services Business Unit, Reliability, Resiliency & Livesite (R2L) team, you will be part of dynamic team that is passionate about providing the World’s Most Reliable Identity Services. You will partner with fellow program managers and service team engineers to drive improvement in Identity livesite/devops operations in order to not only prevent outages before they happen but also to accerelerate our ability to communicate and mitigate outages faster when they do happen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and driving improvements across the IDNA service model. You will accelerate your career development through the opportunity to lead identification of project priorities and build your analytic problem skills, creating clarity and driving business outcomes through objective and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Data Analysis & Deliver Data Visualizations

  • Collect performance metrics and KPIs to identity opportunities for livesite improvement and to surface business objectives and key results (OKRs).

  • Mine data sources and develop data visualizations that drive improvement in operations.

  • Drive Process Innovation & Learning

  • Identify and drive implementation of automated solutions to make livesite process more efficient.

  • Foster a learning culture by leading learning sessions to review service disruptions and drive adoption of new livesite processes for continuous improvement. Stakeholder and Relationship Building

  • Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to foster cooperation and continuous feedback loops.

  • Manage multiple customer and partner engagements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and/or cross-team programs and projects including securing buying, driving accountability and delivery OKR-measured results both as an individual and within a team.

  • Efficient written and oral communication skills at all organization level.

  • Ability to implement new processes and secure buy-in from a cross functional team.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructures like Azure or AWS

  • Experience with reporting and data analysis systems & platforms (e.g., Power BI, SAP, etc.).

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
