About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engagement Lead to manage a team of 20 resources providing comprehensive services in an Azure environment. This role involves overseeing engineering tooling maintenance, Tier 1 tooling support, disaster recovery, reporting and metric dashboards, and ensuring the successful delivery of various support services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of managing complex projects and ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years experience managing a team of 20+ engaged in providing environment support in Azure cloud with high level of automation.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. null
