We are seeking experienced High Volume Manufacturing Recruiters to join our RPO Delivery team, supporting a client in Redmond, OR. As part of the ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions team, you will work onsite with a leading manufacturing firm, providing essential recruitment support and expertise.

Position Overview: The High-Volume Manufacturing Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the full recruitment process.

• Handle high-volume recruitment efficiently.

• Utilize various sourcing methods.

• Conduct thorough screening and interviews.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR.

• Promote the company's employer brand.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
