Job Title: Sr Reliability Engineer

Job Description

As a Sr Systems Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in creating and driving reliability test plans and strategies early in the development life cycle to mitigate program risks and identify failures and vulnerabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will review, characterize, and challenge the design, identifying reliability weaknesses. Your responsibilities will include overseeing life-time testing, accelerated life-time testing (including HALT), and working cross-functionally to transfer the design to manufacturing and service, with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Service (DFS) principles in mind. Additionally, you will write reliability protocols and oversee their execution, whether by third-party testing partners, internal test houses, or test engineers.
