Job Duties: Lead IT projects for delivering Model N Commercial Contracting System and ERP Products solutions. Analyze, design and configure business processes related to supply chain, finance, order to cash and master data. Manage multiple moderate size projects and serve as a key resource on other larger projects and services as an SME with cross-functional team members. Provide advanced expertise in Model N product through team leadership and business partnership. Lead the assessment of technical feasibility of proposed solutions and provide appropriate recommendations based on industry trends and internal benchmarking. Balance between IT standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, and provide documentation and participate in compliance activities as required. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new system or modification of an existing system. Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design. Lead testing cycles to complete project implementation. Lead the creation and modification of system specifications or test scripts to complete project implementation. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, and upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Provide guidance and training to team members in supporting Model N. Confer with system analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain necessary information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. Lead the effort to optimize Model N system batch performance. Collaborate and work closely with team to reduce manual activities, and recommend automation approaches that will reduce the number of resources in support. Collaborate and work closely with team towards reducing the number of incident tickets and tasks that will ultimately free up resources in support.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a TS Supply Chain Lead Service Specialist-related occupation.
