As a mid-level UX Researcher, you will collaborate with product managers, tech leaders, and UX designers. You will focus on creating user-focused products by planning, researching, synthesizing data, and recommending improvements. Your goal is to enhance our product's user experience and usefulness.

Responsibilities

• Planning studies and conducting research

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand research questions

• Understanding user needs through a variety of research methodologies

• Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights

• Making recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products

• Working with designers to iterate and test solutions

• Keeping up-to-date on market trends and competitors

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Have experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys

• Be able to lead small to medium projects

• Have experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics

• Be able to prioritize research findings based on research questions and strategic importance

• Have 2-4 years of industry experience
