ManpowerGroup Senior Software Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, innovation, and a strong background in Kubernetes and MLOps.

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina/Boston, Massachusetts

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Contribute to the architecture, design, development, and testing of new features and solutions for RHOAI

  • Innovate in the MLOps domain by participating in upstream communities

  • Ensure non-functional requirements including security, resiliency, and maintainability are met

  • Write unit and integration tests and work with quality engineers to ensure product quality

  • Use CI/CD best practices to deliver solutions as productization efforts into RHOAI

What's Needed?

  • Strong experience developing applications in Golang or Python

  • Ability to work in Raleigh, North Carolina

  • Experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift or other cloud-native technologies

  • Ability to quickly learn and guide others on using new tools and technologies

  • Experience with source code management tools such as Git
