Global Mechanical LLC HVAC Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
Full-time on-site role located in the Raleigh, NC area for a HVAC Project Manager. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, and management for commercial HVAC projects (which includes muti-family and apartment houses, including senior living. The HVAC Project Manager will also work with clients and stakeholders to develop, review, and approve project deliverables, and provide technical expertise in the areas of HVAC installation and maintenance.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial residential (multi-family/apartment) HVAC projects Knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance techniques, as well as codes and regulations related to HVAC design and installation Effective communication and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Expertise in project management software and tools, including Procore PMP certification is a plus +++Heating Group 2 and 3 licensure
Salary range begins around $85k depending on experience and qualifications.
