Job Title: FSP Sales Specialist

Job Description

As an FSP Sales Specialist, you will develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company and its products. You will research customer needs and identify how our solutions meet those needs proactively. Your role involves representing the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its capabilities, particularly in QA/RA and DM/Biometrics. You will maximize sales performance by forging strong relationships with clients, being aware of their current and future needs, and achieving monthly and annual sales and activity quotas. You will generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintain accurate customer information, and build professional relationships for new and repeat customers. Your tasks include making cold calls or performing warm outreach, using innovative sales tactics, adjusting sales techniques based on interactions and results, and conducting thorough market and competitor research. Additionally, you will work with BDMs, SAMs, and Delivery Operations to develop specific outreach programs and utilize Salesforce/Connected tools to standardize the sales process.
