Catalyst Clinical Research LLC Commercial Support Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina

As a Commercial Support Specialist you will provide comprehensive strategic and administrative assistance to the entire Commercial organization, while also managing administrative tasks for a designated executive or senior leader(s).

Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Commercial Support responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the Business Development team for remote and client meetings.

  • Maintain sales enablement tools, training, and onboarding processes.

  • Coordinate logistics for remote, client, and team meeting logistics.

  • Support and ensure internal CRM adherence and maintain guidelines.

  • Track and support deliverables for key executive meetings, team collaborations, and town halls .

    Executive Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Provide high level administrative support for executive or senior leader(s) in the Commercial function:

  • Arrange and book travel.

  • Manage and coordinate calendars.

  • Prepare expense reports.

  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents for review.

  • Provide administrative support related to document printing, scanning, mailing, and electronic signature of business documents.

    Supervisory Requirements/Responsibilities:  N/A

    Position Qualifications and Requirements: 

    Education: 

  • B achelor’s degree preferred.

    Experience:  

  • 15+ years of experience supporting business development, sales cycle, and associated sales operations support functions. Prior experience in the CRO industry is preferred.

    Required Certifications :  N/A

    Required Skills :

  • Extremely proactive and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details working under pressure.

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Versatile, flexible, and willing to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Able to partner with a wide range of individuals at all organizational levels.

  • Occasional travel may be required.

    Working Conditions: ​​ ​​ Mostly sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, occasionally moving objects up to 50 pounds.
