The Opportunity

The Associate Business Analytics Specialist/Reports Analyst designs and develops metrices, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions. This role gathers and transforms raw data and information from various sources to useful reports and dashboards for the management and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and maintain a wide array of data and take an active role in the analysis and interpretation of the data.

  • Create, prepare, and maintain templates, process documents and presentations for business leaders, executives, and business units.

  • Design and develop reporting tools and solutions which will be deployed across the organization.

  • Collaborate directly with business leaders, executives, and business units to gather reporting requirements and specifications.

  • Conduct routine reviews of the data and reports, perform tests, and analyze results to optimize the reports and ensure the integrity and security of the data.

  • Attend and resolve reporting requests and issues from the management team and business units.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to improve report quality and timeliness.

  • Support the various clients of the team to identify and interpret trends, causes, variances and issues associated with their data.

  • Initiate and undertake complex projects and ad-hoc requests as required.

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply

  • Experience: * * At least 3-4 years' experience in any data analysis, business reporting, business intelligence, workforce management or similar roles, and at least 1-2 years relevant experience in dealing with KPIs of BPOs/shared services industry

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

  • Shift Schedule : Amenability to work on the night or rotating shift (dependent on business need)

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

  • At least 4 to 5 years' experience in Advanced MS Excel

  • Experience with reports/dashboard creation and reports automation

  • Solid understanding and background on data gathering, data scrubbing and data integration

  • good verbal and written skills

  • Flexible with any shift schedule

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Macro and Power BI preferred
