• Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing customer requirements.

• Interact with the R&D application owners and/or business customers for clarifications and scope management.

• Ensure proper documentation of solutions along given standards.

• Provide operation services for R&D PDM applications.

• User administration.

• Responsible for analyzing and solving incidents.

• Maintain ticket status in ticket tool.

• Clarify open issues with users.

• Apply operational excellence standards to ensure high efficiency and quality.

• University degree in area of IT or Science.

• At least 5 years experience in programming in Java.

• Ability to work independently and to prioritize as well as to solve problems proactively with customer focus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies is a plus (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins).

• Good communication skills in English.
