This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Summary
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst to support the United States Forces Korea (USFK), Assistant Chief of Staff, J2 (ACofS, J2) JIOC-K in their mission to provide timely intelligence to Commander, USFK and Combined Forces Command, the combined battle staff, and war fighter component commanders!
The JIOC-K's efforts focus on detecting enemy threats, managing intelligence, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities, analyzing enemy actions and information to determine enemy's probable courses of action.
The overall analytic effort strengthens Defense Intelligence and provides relevant, timely, objective, and cogent all source Defense Intelligence to the Commander and other users, and transforming theater intelligence activities to better leverage the capabilities of the theater and global intelligence communities and safeguard United States personnel and interests within the Korea Theater of Operations (KTO). What you will do
Identifies and assesses CI threats to fulfill critical intelligence requirements
Researches, reviews, evaluates, organizes, and assesses intelligence and related data focused on activities, personalities and entities of CI concern
Conducts network analysis on all relevant reporting
Maintains access to all relevant tools needed to conduct follow-on exploitations of information found within regular reporting
Produces and presents assessments, pertinent findings, and responses to Request for Information (RFI) using all available sources of information and within intelligence community and U.S. Forces Community standards
Drives and focuses CI reporting by collaborating with Collection Requirement Managers for CI/HUMINT collection requirements and publishing evaluations of relevant reporting
Identifies opportunities to drive and support CI activities with the U.S. and South Korean CI Communities
Collaborates on a continuous basis with all members of the J2X to support the Division’s operations
Coordinates and collaborates with CI/HUMINT analysts and officers at DIA, USFK, INDOPACOM and other intelligence agencies
Hosts and participates in national and international conferences, meetings, exercises and working groups ( CDRL A009 )
Identifies significant trends within assigned areas and propose ways to maximize the effectiveness of current and anticipated CI/HUMINT support activities
Maintains the ability to directly support to related Special Access Programs
Consults with USFK J2X leaders to address controversial or technical issues and CI/HUMINT operations support requirements

What we are looking for
0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
Experience conducting CI support to military operations
Able to surge support during 2 exercises per year
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a Poly
Bonus points for
Bachelors with 8 years of experience preferred
Recent applicable experience within the last 2 years also preferred
Credentialed CI experience
Korean language capability
Familiar with the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA)
Familiar with Korea Theater of Operations (KTO)
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
