Are you in?Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Senior Administrative Assistant to support Global Insights Capabilty Leadership (2 VPs) & light support provided to 5 Sr. Directors (on-site meeting support, support for shipping & receiving goods, meeting scheduling for complex large meetings or offsites, T&E).PepsiCo is prioritizing purpose-driven growth by transforming its marketing function with human-centric, real-time measurement to optimize and track performance. The Global Insights capability team is the driving force behind digitizing tools for faster consumer feedback and building in-house support teams to reduce reliance on external consultants. PepsiCo Insights is also integrating new capabilities through strategic partnerships with tech start-ups to maintain a competitive edge.Responsibilities* Proactively maintain complex calendars, own the scheduling process for all meetings, and work across PepsiCo organization to resolve scheduling conflicts* Coordinate domestic & international travel (visas, air, ground, hotel all logistics)* Lead the planning and execution of 1-2 team offsites per year* Manage & administer timely and accurate travel and entertainment expense reporting as well as PCard reconciliation* Familiarize yourself and others with T&E/PCard policies and procedures (CONCUR)* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive and confidential information, as well as with documents.* Support team members of VPs with scheduling of meetings with senior leaders* Ad hoc support and requests as applicable.Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,700 - $83,550.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Minimum of 5 years supporting Senior Executives at a multinational corporation preferred* Proficient knowledge of MS365 including Power Point, Excel, Teams, Forms is and the ability and to learn other technologies as needed* Ability to multitask and work under pressure, keeping up with shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy* Work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Skills:* A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred* Ability to anticipate needs and issues, act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgment* Polished communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
