What you’ll do:

Primary team member of the Global System Administartor Team for treasury and bank systems incl. resolving Treasury Remedy tickets, as well technical and functional analyst globally for Treasury systems such as FIS Quantum, Coprocess Netting, ef3 Factoring and others . In addition global support for treasury projects and process improvements from business side.

Day to day support in the use of systems

• Administer global access and user rights for main banking systems

• Maintain global access rights, user profiles and interfaces for Treasury systems

• Contact for global Treasury system issues via Remedy and TIPCO BAM

• Maintain Treasury intranet site and SharePoint; ensure access and report posting

Systems improvement:

• Static data optimization in global Treasury systems

• Optimize electronic banking systems; user alignment, reporting and linkages

• Consider improved use of Power BI

Training on Treasury systems

• Train and guide users in use of Treasury systems

• Prepare necessary process documentation for Treasury systems

Project management; support on-going projects

• Assist and help on new and on-going Treasury projects

Compliance

• Ensure group process and policies for authorization limits and segregation is always maintained

• Review control framework and propose recommendations as required

Coordination

• Ensure usage of Treasury systems is aligned within global Treasury system strategy and developments are coordinated and leveraged globally

Treasury System analyst:

• Technical and improvement coordination within the global Treasury department

• System maintenance and support in case of issues

• Database and network accessing and harmonization of Treasury Management System Quantum e.g. SQL

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or Economics or Computer Applications – B.Com, BBA, B Sc (computers), BCA, B.E.

5+ years’ work experience in Finance related field; experience in Treasury preferred.

Skills:

Knowledge on Treasury Systems e.g. FIS Quantum, Netting and Factoring tools etc.

Experience in report writing tools (Crystal, Business Object XI) and in in relational databases (SQL server, Oracle) and scripting language (e.g. HTML, XML, SQL, batch files)

Fluent in English (written and oral)

Excellent communicator using virtual tools

Detailed knowledge of MS Office programs and treasury systems; knowledge of Power BI and API is desirable
