We are looking for a Test Architect

You’ll make a difference by:

· Designing Testing Strategies: Developing comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals and requirements.

· Architecting Test Solutions: Designing the overall testing architecture, including frameworks, tools, and processes to be used throughout the project lifecycle.

· Technology Selection: Selecting appropriate testing tools, frameworks, and technologies based on project needs and requirements.

· Defining Standards and Best Practices: Establishing coding standards, testing methodologies, and best practices for the testing team to follow.

· Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders such as developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and approaches.

· Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing potential risks related to testing, and implementing mitigation strategies to address them.

· Performance Optimization: Optimizing test performance, including execution time and resource utilization, to ensure efficient testing processes.

· Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the testing organization, including process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and skill development.

· Mentorship and Training: Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to testing team members to improve their skills and capabilities.

· Quality Assurance: Ensuring that testing processes and practices adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years of experience is required.

• Great Communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
