Manager, Software Engineering

Overview

The Decision Management program enables intelligent decision based products through streaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and manage their outcomes with business agility. This program leverages business rules & AI engines, a streaming big data cluster, an in memory data grids, APIs, & UIs to deliver real time decisions at global scale.

You will collaborate with other technology and business leaders to develop and execute upon our strategic roadmap, aligning with Mastercard’s business objectives.

Role

ï Collaborate with other DMP teams to design, build, and support product and services to meet customer needs.

ï Lead our best-in-class Engineering organization and take the platform to next level.

ï Develop strategic plans that are in line with Mastercard’s goals and vision.

ï Partner with program management and take responsibility for planning and delivering projects on time.

ï Ensure the teams are following software engineering best practices, working efficiently, and always looking for ways to improve.
