We are looking for Manager IR for Vitesco Technologies Pune Plant, who will play an important role in ensuring harmonious relations with employees at shopfloor, Union, and contractual employees.

Responsibilities:

Employees relations and Shopfloor development:

• Working collaboratively with Plant Operations team to ensure grievance addressal of employees, shopfloor development.

• Organizing regular connects between management and shop floor employees to improve trust and harmonious relationships.

• Ensuring engagement of shopfloor employees.

• Ensuring performance management, trainings implementation of shopfloor employees.

• Drive positive labor & employee relations strategy locally by addressing employee's queries, union matters on time union matters,

• Ensuring feedback mechanism is well implemented at shopfloor.

Industrial relations and statutory compliance:

• Responsible for Negotiation and wage settlement agreement.

• Liaisoning with Government department and external agencies

• Coordinating with the legal department & (internal/external) advocates.

• Responsible for Contract Labor Management & General Administration Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance under various Labor & Industrial Laws like Factory Act, Industrial dispute act, ESI & PF Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Payment & Wages Act, etc.

• Ensuring regular audits with leasing vendors to ensure compliance of laws and regulations.

• Working closely with Head of HR to ensure Human Rights due diligence and complainces.

• Handling inspections, plan approvals, registrations, licenses, renewals, and consents under various statutory Acts.

• Maintaining close coordination with Government Agencies like Office of the Director of Factories, Employees State Insurance, Employees Provident Fund, Labor Office, Corporations, Panchayat, Police, Pollution Control Board, National Sample Survey, Professional Tax, etc.

• Responsible for Handling disciplinary actions; preparation and issue of show cause notice.

Requirements:

• master's in business administration/ Master's Degree.

• Bachelor's degree in economics/ Finance/ Research/ Computer Science or any related studies;

• Minimum of 7 years professional experience in IR function and

• Multinational experience is preferrable.
