What you’ll do:

"Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE): GSCCoE ,Pune is a state-of-the-art center, servicing Eaton plants and Supply Chain teams across the world. Provides world class support in cost intelligence, standard sourcing process and supplier consolidation resulting in reduced complexity in supply chain.Stands out for its efficiency in operations, innovation, digitization and sustainability contributing to make a best-in-class supply chain with expertise in - Supply Chain Management including Procurement, Materials, Logistics, Quality, Digital Excellence, Sourcing, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Global Trade Management (GTM)

This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune. This role will provide support to the Logistics function at COE, by driving the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and revamp the continuous improvement culture throughout the function. The individual will set up processes and support the teams for adhering to processes as per QMS standards. The role will partner with all workstreams to identify, solve and recommend possible solutions to unique situations or problems. "

"• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through the application of Continuous Improvement methods across all workstream areas.

• Prioritize continuous improvement of processes in logistics planning and execution by working with various functions and process owners.

• Participate in and execute quality, environmental, safety and sustainability initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.

• Engage in every phase of the process to ensure data collection and delivery for various project reviews, prepare reporting on current data status.

• Participate in and conduct value stream mapping, audits, time studies, create work instructions and improve processes throughout the function.

• Support efficiency improvement in eliminating process deviations by creating, revising and strictly implementing a set of well-defined procedures.

• Support quality management in preparing and conducting internal and external audits and improving the overall performance of EQMS - Eaton Quality Management System."

Qualifications:

Graduate in Technical or Any Stream OR Post Graduate in Operations or Supply Chain

"Min 2-5 years in leading operations and/or continuous improvement.

Formal training/certification in Lean tools ( 5S, Standard work, VSM,TPM, 6 Sigma) with at least 2 years of related experience, Preferably Lean certified.

Skills:

"Should have experience in problem solving methodologies like 8D,A3 etc.

Business Processes improvement experience in facilitating projects "

Knowledge of project, transition management would be added advantage.

Proven capability to lead change in a team environment.

Strong analytical skills with digital mindset"

"Excellent in English communication - written, spoken and visual

Good Presentation & Listening Skills

High Learning Agility, Flexibility and should able to work in challenging environment
