CitiusTech Inc. is in need of Sr. Healthcare Consultant(s) (Business) (full-time; multiple openings) in Princeton, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to work with stakeholders and business users to identify and analyze business needs for IT projects for clients in the U.S. healthcare industry. Conduct meetings with project teams to gather requirements as well as brainstorm ways to improve the user experience (UX). Perform statistical analysis and conduct adhoc reporting. Evaluate trends in key performance indicators such as revenue, expenses, sales, and expenditures. Help project managers with defect tracking. Prepare test plans, cases, and scenarios to ensure the software application works as expected. Perform operational efficiency analysis, root cause analysis, and data analysis. Identify risks and define mitigation strategies. Develop and revise system design procedures and quality standards. Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field, plus two years of IT experience. One of the two years of IT experience must include experience with SAS, SQL, Jira, and Tableau. In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience. One of the five years of post bachelor’s IT experience must include experience with SAS, SQL, Jira, and Tableau. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
