The Sr. Director, Sales Operations (Value & Process) will provide leadership to the Sales Operations Value & Process function for the Tissue Technologies Division of Integra. The Sr. Director will ensure that appropriate Sales Operations resources and processes are in place to facilitate successful execution of the end to end consignment order fulfillment process, all aspects of field inventory management, formal hospital consignment agreements, all audit and compliance aspects of inventory and billing practices, management of excess and obsolescence analytics and programs to reduce expired product and profit leakage, all aspects of analytics to support commercial forecasting, lead generation and opportunity development process to support commercial revenue generation and sales rep productivity, and drive strategic long-term planning to support commercial growth and expansion of systems. They will be responsible for assessing personnel needs, hiring qualified professionals, and managing teams of managers and employees of different levels. They generally have responsibilities of larger scope initiatives that cut across global functions. This individual will exercise a highly complex level of independent judgment and execution, which directly impacts the operational results of the business unit.

  • Assists in strategy development and drives strategy implementation with advanced planning.

  • Internal expert/consultant to Integra.

  • Advanced leadership competencies; strategic, thought leadership. Track record of developing high potential managers and supporting multiple organizational levels.

  • Expert skills in Project Management; Manage and oversee and balance resource allocation across a large group of critical projects and programs.

  • Deep analytic and logical problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced financial acumen including profit and loss, operating expenses, accruals, and e&o.

  • Supply chain, inventory management and forecasting experience.

  • Commercial medical device experience and knowledge of OR cases and consignment selling models.

  • Ability to develop commercial facing training, tools and lead training with sales organizations when needed.

  • Expert level communication; written, verbal, and meeting effectiveness.

  • Development and implementation of policies and processes with smart KPI’s.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with; Sales, Customer Service, IS, Finance, Marketing, Operations, R&D, Compliance/Legal.

  • Experienced in revenue growth, reduction of profit leakers, and margin contribution.

  • Familiarity with IT Systems; SalesForce, Inventory Management Systems, Oracle, Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Requires BS, MBA preferred

  • 15 years of experience and at least 8 years managing a team is required
