The position is responsible for providing business, analytical and project management leadership for a multitude of strategic business development projects within the multi-franchise International Regions (including Indirect Markets) as part of the International strategy team. The incumbent will lead project teams through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation processes.

This person will ensure communications occur with stakeholders and partners, as well as participate in organizational issue resolution.

Key responsibility includes leading the core team to define the milestones to achieve deliverables commitments, and identify issues and risks associated with those plans as well as establishing consistent analytical tools and business cases, project templates to assess and monitor all projects consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze potential BD opportunities/ by identifying business needs, product line gaps and researching potential targets. Develop term sheets for those.

• Develop business cases in support of business development opportunities including but not limited to market models, financial models, 1 page deal summaries and executive presentations

• Assist Marketing and Leadership in preparing project proposals, which may include business assessments, project costs, resource requirements, detailed project timelines, and quality objectives. Project manage business development projects applying one consistent approach and serving as team leader motivating and driving cross-functional team performance.

• Oversight and accountable for core team performance, project schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend.

• Leads teams in defining project strategies, developing goals, identify and implement continuous improvements and ensures project scope is defined and controlled.

• Responsible for delivering multiple projects concurrently according to the defined objectives, on time and within budget.

• Effectively implement problem solving skills and techniques to identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop and implement mitigation and resolution plans and activities.

• Using disciplined project management techniques, develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.

• Employ excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and negotiation skills with all levels of personnel and management to facilitate information flow between team and stakeholders.

• Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings, including meeting agendas, minutes, decisions, and key conclusions and action items.

• Create and audit project files and documentation looking for consistency on the respective approach.

• Uses change management methodology to successfully address challenges in team behavior or interaction with lines.

• Leverages own experiences and network to develop contingency plans for unidentified risks or opportunities and advances the projects across the matrix

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics, finance or alike from an accredited university or college. MBA preferred.

• Experience with developing financial models and/or in advisory

• Experience with developing slide decks for Executive Leadership

• Demonstrate aptitude for successfully managing projects of varying complexity within the specified guidelines, time frames and budgets, with a proven track record in managing various functional groups.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to effectively work virtually driving project activities and meeting established milestones.

• Strong business acumen –knowledge of business, financial, and legal terms and conditions

• Strong strategic and analytical skills

• Strong knowledge of health care delivery systems, regulatory and reimbursement environments, macro environmental trends, surgical practices

• A minimum of 3 years of project management and business development experience.

• Previous working experience in Healthcare sector and/or Medical devices preferred

• Demonstrated success leading complex projects.

• Good written, oral and presentation communication skills.

• Fluent English language is mandatory to communicate to all the departments inside INTEGRA (a second language is welcome)

This role is hybrid with three days onsite in Princeton, NJ and two days remote.
