As the Finance contact for new customers, you will help guide our clients through the initial stages of our customer setup process. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized support, advocating for customer needs, and collaborating with teams to enhance the onboarding experience. You will be based in our Princeton, New Jersey office and report to the Supervisor, GFO, AR.You Will:
- * Manage onboarding tasks and complete within the required timelines and agreed to service levels.
- * Ensure all documentation provided by the client is updated and processed with accurate, required data.
- * Comprehend all facets of the onboarding process, maintaining changes to documentation, where applicable.
- * Respond to customer queries promptly, providing solutions to the customer's concerns within the confines of the application process.
- * Be the key communicator between the customer and all other departments to guarantee successful onboarding.
- * Understand relationships between different business lines/products and legal entities.
- * Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- * A passion for customer service, are a quick learner with a willingness to learn across our business lines.
- * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
- * Attention to detail, are organized and thorough with follow ups and closing out tasks.
