Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join their Facilities Maintenance team as a Facilities Technician II. This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the community.
- Familiar with a variety of the building construction equipment, field concepts, practices, and procedures. These include but are not limited to, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and finish work.
- Ability to read plans with particular emphasis on wiring schematics.
- Ability to operate various types of hand tools and larger pieces of machinery.
- Understand all electrical voltage (12, 24,115,220,277,480), AC, and DC current including all three-phase application.
- Basic computer skills such as Excel, Word, Access are required for records and planning.
- Knowledge of record keeping practices. Ability to document activities and maintain records.
- Ability to work independently, as well as establish and maintain harmonious relations with others both insides and outside the Agency.
