We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and equipment to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct & perform garden and landscape maintenance tasks\ - Care for trees, including pruning and removal when necessary (includes planting)\ - Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning\ - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment\ - Assist with snow plowing during winter months\ - Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing\ - Following routine maintenance tasks provided by the maintenance manager and office.\ - Operate power tools safely and efficiently
