The TTS Product Sales Manager plays a key role in delivering the full platform of Citi TTS products & solutions to our clients / prospects through continuous proactive engagement. In order to be successful in this endeavour, the TTS Product Sales Manager has to work closely with internal stakeholders, as well as directly with clients / prospects.

The TTS Product Sales Manager is further tasked with bringing Citi’s unique global network to our clients from both the geographical and product perspective, working closely with partners across product, coverage and industry verticals

Main Responsibilities:

• The suitable candidate will have a dedicated client portfolio of companies headquartered in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and will be responsible for the global relationship and results with these from a TTS perspective. The primary objective of the role is to ensure comprehensive client engagement at the appropriate levels around the full TTS product suite in close coordination with partners across the bank’s product and business lines.

• The TTS Product Sales Manager will a.o. be evaluated on the basis of achieving specific KPIs , including the identification and execution of new business opportunities with both existing and new clients and contributions to the overall franchise in addition to metrics including client satisfaction and end-to-end ownership of the client delivery process.

• Further responsibilities of the TTS Product Sales Manager are comprised of the delivery of the TTS Sales strategy for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including supporting select inbound multinational companies’ product and services needs across Central & Eastern Europe. Part of the role is also attending industry events and conferences and supporting the delivery and execution of the TTS strategic sales agenda to clients / prospects at the bank’s proprietary events

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales excellence: based on an in-depth understanding of clients’ industry, industry trends, buying behavior and engagement model, the TTS Product Sales Manager will identify opportunities and consistently deliver a seamless end-to-end experience to Citi’s clients.

• This includes, amongst other aspects, developing and growing a reputation as a market and subject matter expert and advocate for Citi TTS through effective and targeted communication and the use of Citi’s comprehensive tools and resources.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• University educated, with Czech as first language and fluency in English (oral & written)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Transaction Banking (Sales, Product or related Relationship Management).

• Solid understanding of Corporate Treasury functions, operations and systems, including transaction banking, FX/Rates and credit.

• Strong understanding of core Cash & Trade products and solutions and their relevance to clients.

• Proven track record of delivering sales results, meeting/exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.

• Strong relationship building and influencing skills, combined with effective negotiation skills & experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of local / regional market, banking players and new competitors.

• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain “trusted advisor” relationships with clients across levels.

• Strong experience in delivering high quality client presentations to a senior audience.

• Highly motivated self-starter personality with a strong desire to win, can-do attitude and consistently high energy and attention to detail.

• Committed, trusted team player, confident and comfortable interacting with seniors and internal partners.

• Strong analytical, data interpretation & integration skillset, combined with proven flexibility and ability to adapt to, and embrace, change and pivot, as necessary.

• Proven ability of operating under time pressure and managing multiple priorities at the same time without compromising quality & accuracy of the work product
