Job Description
Just Imagine joining our LEGO® team in Business Services Operations (BSO) located in Prague and become a member of our Purchasing Support team.
The team is part of the Procure 2 Pay process for the LEGO group and holds on important role within the Business Service Operations covering EMEA.
Core Responsibilities
Purchasing support of end users in EMEA via various platforms
Drive collaboration with Procurement team and Vendor master data team
Support execution of Purchase Order processes in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
Deliver high-quality service handling of basic customer queries
Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, operation of global, standardized, and scalable processes
Collaborate with AP & Procurement to improve PO compliance
PO mapping and maintenance on monthly bases

Do you have what it takes?
Previous experience in a purchasing role or purchasing administration or procurement area would be just amazing
Teammate mentality with open attitude
Willingness to learn, with keen eyes on details
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is a plus as well as experience in Coupa is a benefit
