Hledáme kolegu či kolegyni do oddělení logistiky na pozici Logistic specialist. Na této pozici budete zodpovědní za denní operativu logistiky pro český a slovenský trh. Součástí pozice je denní komunikace s dodavateli, zákaznickým servisem i oddělením prodeje. K základním odpovědnostem patří udržování stavu zásob a kontrola procesu zpracování objednávek v systému SAP, ale také správa paletových toků a denní proces balení promočních výrobků (copacking).

Jak vypadá tato práce?

• Kontrola vedení stavu zásob v systému SAP – denní kontrola, dohled a úpravy procesu

• Dohled nad výměnou informací mezi dodavatelem skladu a systémem SAP

• Dohled nad toky palet - výrobní závody, sklad, zákazníci

• Denní administrativa a dohled nad dodávkami zákazníkům

• Koordinace aktivit s dalšími interními odděleními (zák.servis, prodej, finance)

• Kontrola a schvalování faktur

• Zlepšování procesů v logistice a copackingu

• Participace na projektech

• Zástup pro copacking – plánování výroby, kapacit a denní operativa

• Zadávání kmenových dat

• Administrativa a reporting logistických činností (vč. celního řízení a analýzy nákladů)

Co byste měli mít/umět?

• VŠ vzdělání (pozice je vhodná i pro absolventy)

• Komunikační a organizační schopnosti

• Zkušenost z logistiky výhodou, ne nutností

• Komunikativní znalost angličtiny

Pozice je vypsána na dobu určitou do 31.3.2025.
