What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced Service Owner for our Global Print Solutions to oversee and enhance our cloud-based LRS Print Kenvue Implementation. This role requires a strategic lead who is adept in managing globally distributed (print) services and infrastructure within a dynamic, cloud-enabled environment. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, high service availability, and optimal performance of our global print solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Oversee the global architecture of cloud-based print solutions ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient operation. Manage the full lifecycle of the print services from implementation to retirement.

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategies that improve the effectiveness of print solutions. Plan upgrades, migrations, and expansions to meet future business needs.

  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize LRS management software and ServiceNow to monitor service performance. Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting are in place.

  • Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies and procedures to protect data and manage access across all printing services. Ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policies.

  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality and reliability.

  • Incident and Problem Management: Oversee incident response strategies and problem management processes to minimize service disruption and identify underlying problems.

  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for global printing services, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

  • Develop user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to empower users and reduce support inquiries.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • STEM bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 8 years of experience in managing IT services with at least 5 years in a Service Owner role overseeing cloud-based solutions.

  • Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and enterprise print solutions.

  • Strong understanding of network configurations, load balancing, and global traffic management.

  • Demonstrable experience in security and compliance management.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certifications in ITIL, Cloud Architecture, or Network Security.

  • Experience in managing ServiceNow integrations.

  • Prior experience in managing global IT services in a multinational corporation.

  • Microsoft Certification is highly recommended
