Celonis HR Generalist in Prague, Czech Republic

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Operations team. This role is crucial in managing global onboarding and offboarding processes, configuring and maintaining our HR systems, and providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a power user of our HR systems, particularly Workday, and will ensure smooth and

efficient operations while supporting our growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Onboarding and Offboarding:

○ Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.

○ Oversee the offboarding process, handling all aspects to ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.

2. HR Systems Configuration and Support:

○ Act as the power user of our HR systems, with a focus on Workday.

○ Configure and maintain HR systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the company.

○ Provide technical support and training to team members on HR systems.

○ Create and update documentation, instructional videos, and materials

related to system usage and HR processes.

3. Payroll and Administration:

○ Act as backup for payroll processes, particularly for the Czech Republic.

○ Handle administrative tasks related to compliance, labor codes, legislation, and mandatory training.

4. Employee Lifecycle Management:

○ Oversee changes in employee lifecycle within Workday, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

○ Support the relocation and onboarding process for foreign employees.

5. Collaboration and Support:

○ Work closely with the Senior People Operations Partner and other team members to drive automation and innovation within People processes.

○ Collaborate with People team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications:

● Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

● Proven experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.

● Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly Workday.

● Can-do attitude and proactive approach.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong collaborator and self-driven.
