What You Will Do

Kenvue is recruiting for a Global Commercial Accounting Analyst for its EMEA Finance Operations team. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Commercial Accounting team. The Commercial Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s revenue recognition, gross to net sales accounting, advertising & sales promotion equalization, and accruals (trade spend, rebates, returns, etc.) processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements..

Responsibilities

• Process responsibilities:

o Lead activities related to commercial accounting, including sales, gross to net sales accounting, rebates and promotions accounting, billings, deferrals, reserves, sales to COGS reconciliations, and revenue recognition, for the EMEA region.

o Lead the accounting operations related to Billed Marketing Expenses (BME) and royalties.

o Assure the team´s adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

o Lead the team with any audit requests raised from the Legal Entity Controllership team.

o Actively embrace and implement on methods to standardize tasks across all regions.

o Generate ideas, foster and implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes, automation, reducing wasted time and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.

o Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.

• Compliance:

o Lead in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.

o Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools

• 4 - 6 years of experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement, and communication

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels

• Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies

• Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines

• Experience in a Commercial Accounting department desirable

• Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable

• Fluent English
