Business Transformation Consultant

Future of Work (FOW) team is focusing to radically rethink and reimagine our workplaces, work practices and workforce potential. The time is NOW.

To drive business agility and ignite purposeful change to be adaptable, fast, and resilient we are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant.

As Business Transformation Consultant, you will closely collaborate with the Global Business Services (GBS) Leaders and GBS businesses. You will steer existing transformation projects and initiatives from impact definition to implementation. You will reinforce “New ways of working” focus area end to end, from capturing the demand to conceptualizing and facilitating workshops.

As you surely know, change is the only constant, so that’s when you come in:  

• Enable the Business Line leaders to translate business strategy into people-related organization. development and strategy and help themto define a compelling narrative for change.

• Work together with us on our core target GBS: “Passionate People and Agile Mindset”, ensuring that all the FOW topics are accompanied by inspiringcommunication.

• Build close alliance with the Business Lines, offer them existing FOW solutions, or develop new targeted solutions for their people topics to enable the transformation.

• Analyse data to support strategic decision-making for change initiatives and drive strategic roadmap.

• Develop change management approaches to drive adoption of new processes and technologies by creating scalable concepts with a focus on learning and cultural / behavioural change.

• Design, consultand facilitate workshops on change enablement for GBS people and teams.

• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.

We are looking forward to getting to know you if you (have)…

• A master’s degree as well as 5+ years working experience in management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting, preferably in Siemens-related industries and with exposure to HR topics.

• An excellent knowledge in change enablement, design thinking and agile methodology (Scrum and SAFe-Certifications a plus)

• The ability to design, organize and facilitate events and workshops

• Good networking skills in collaboration with other Siemens Units

• High passion for transformation, people & leadership topics 

• Successfully led strategic projects in dynamic environments and on a multinational scale.

• Possessstrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills and can connect business strategy, processes and organizational implications.

• Courage to lead based on your own judgement and expertise and excitement to shape this new team. Strong intercultural and interpersonal skills, experience in working in an international environment.

• Speak English fluently, German is a plus.
