Job Title: --BAS/Controls Service Technician (HVAC)

Job Summary: --EMCOR Services New England Mechanical (NEMSI) is an established mechanical and controls contractor with offices throughout the Northeast. We are currently seeking experienced a BAS/Controls Service Technician (HVAC) to join our Latham, NY Operations Group. Responsibilities are to maintain, trouble shoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a background and/or interest in building control systems. This position requires good customer service relations, the ability to respond on a moment’s notice, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications: -- - Must have valid driver's license.

Compensation Range: $70-$120k

Other Compensation: not bonus or commission eligible
