Jubitz is looking for add a part-time Server to our Cascade Grill & Ponderosa Lounge team! In your first 90 days, you will get to know your team, and learn standard operating procedures for your position. You will also learn about the culture and history of Jubitz, and how we strive to provide a World Class Customer Experience (WCCE) to everyone, including employees, and through our efforts, we were named a Top Workplace in Oregon 6 years in a row! We are looking for a motivated, punctual, and hard-working person, who wants to learn the ins and outs of a restaurant serving. We\'re hiring servers that will be cross-trained to work in both the restaurant and bar, depending on shift assignment. We\'re looking for people who are friendly, responsible, practiced, honest, and willing to provide our guests World Class Customer Experiences. Responsibilities: \' Experience in high-volume restaurants/lounges is strongly preferred. \' Strong service-related background and hospitality mindset. \' Must be able to obtain Oregon Food Handler\'s Certificate and OLCC Server\'s Permit within 30 days of hire. \' MICROS experience is strongly preferred. \' Desire to accommodate a wide variety of personalities to achieve highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
