The Larson Group Body Shop Painter in Portage, Indiana
The Larson Group Peterbilt, is looking for an experienced Body Shop Painter to join our dynamic team. This position performs all functions of a fully qualified heavy-duty truck body painter technician under minimal supervision. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Check body repairs to confirm that the repairs were completed correctly and completely. * Check estimate to confirm all parts and truck body are ready for paint. * Mask, prep and wipe down truck and parts to be painted. * Ensure color is mixed and matched accordingly. * Unmask truck and parts to confirm work quality. * Keep paint and mixing area clean at all times. * Make sure all chemicals and solvents are used per instructions and properly disposed of.
