   Preferred but not required previous knowledge of banking processes

Must be detail oriented & able to follow detailed instructions. Experienced with Multiple Computer Platforms. Experienced with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Abiity to Multitask with Excellent Time Management Skills. Ability to Work independently and in a Shared Team Environment. Ability to Adapt accordingly with any department heads.

Job duties and Responsibilities include:

Work with Account Services Supervisor with assisting customers in a timely and professional manner. Phon Queue- Answer phone calls and Assist customers with research and resolving accout issues/errors. Printing daily reports needed for balancing DDA, SAV and FMS Non-post. Debit card daily reporting and balancing reports to Director daily. Assisting customers with issuing new debit cards. Wires- Sending/Receiving (Domestic and International), Balancing/Exporting daily. Processing stop payments (Executing proper code set-up &/ or return of items). Error adjustments: entering correct codes on items. Returning ACH items: using correct codes on items that have errors (Incoming/Outgoing Mailing docmentation to customers (statements, packages, certified mail, etc) Treasury Reclamations: Assisting with refunding Government payments.  Other related duties as assigned.

*Education: * Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience may substitue for the education requirement. Sucessful completion of in-house traing program or other approves training program.
