Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Materials Handler to join their team. As a Materials Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Materials Handler

Location: Pomona, CA

Pay Range: 19.00 per hour

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Load, unload, and move materials (crates, boxes, and raw materials) within or near the plant, yard, or work site.

• Read and follow work orders and/or oral instructions; utilize hand tools to open containers.

• Transport materials using hand trucks, electric dollies, wheelbarrows, or other devices.

• Maintain accurate records of manufacturing inventory data and perform re-stocking.

• Verify and maintain material inventory and sample request forms.

What's Needed?

• Previous material handling experience is required.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory/warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with pallet jacks and shipping procedures.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks as a team member or independently.
