As we strive to realize the potentials of our clients, professionals, and partners, we are searching for a seasoned Investment Bank professional to join our Capital Advisors Department. This Mexico-based role involves identifying and prospecting potential commercial real estate investment opportunities to facilitate successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals, acting as their trusted advisor.

  2. Prospect Identification: Proactively identify potential investment opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients and deals.

  3. Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and financial teams to structure M&A/equity/investment deals and negotiate favorable terms.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking.

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market especially in Mexico will be favored.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of successful deal closures and client relationship management.
