Join our team as a shipper, where you'll play a crucial role in packaging and shipping orders in alignment with customer requirements and company policies. Located in the Plymouth area, we offer competitive wages and flexible work hours to accommodate your schedule. Location: Plymouth, MN Wage: Starting at $19/hr. Duties of the shipping / packaging position: Package and ship orders according to customer requirements and company procedures. Effectively communicate with company personnel and others, both verbally and in writing. Print shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment. Make and assemble boxes for packaging products. Operate and maintain the shipping system, ensuring all shipments are accurately processed. Inspect products before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and reorder as necessary. Handle and process returns in accordance with company procedures. Keep the shipping and packaging area clean and organized. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Requirements of the shipping / packaging position: High school education or equivalent. Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate between screens. Microsoft Office Word and Excel knowledge.
