Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Position Overview Nonin is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Materials team as the Inventory Control Coordinator. In this position, you will Identify and correct any issues related to inventory accuracy and material transactions, review material usages and ensure that materials are accurately issued to jobs. Additionally, you will review batch/lot information and ensure inventory movements are correct in the inventory management system. Essential Job Functions Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely Conduct inventory cycle counts in a perpetual inventory environment; including consigned inventory at outside locations Coordinate the cycle count process and results to identify necessary actions and provide regular reports on the results Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Monitor warehouse transfers for accuracy as directed by the materials group Manage expired part list and ensure FIFO practices are being followed Monitor pick usage and recommend relocation improvements for consolidation, finished goods and raw material inventory using lean principles. Manage 5S processes and recommend improvement opportunities or projects Train all Warehouse Clerks and team members completing inventory movements in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Write and maintain work instructions for controlling all inventory transactions
