Description HYBRID ROLE ONSITE IN WEST METRO, MN

Robert Half has a client with a permanent need being hired contract to permanent focused around user provisioning/IAM work in Active Directory. This role is joining a 2 person team tasked with creating user accounts for new hires and granting application and systems/network access according to their position. You'd also work on internal user transfers that require a change in systems and tool access.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware • Respond to queries over the phone or electronically • Walk customer through problem-solving process • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems • Install computer peripherals for users • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
