Daikin Applied Contract Recruiter in Plymouth, Minnesota

Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Recruiter to support our Service organization. This is a contract role which will last approximately six month and will support high volume Technician recruiting. You will partner closely with business leaders, Human Resources and the broader Talent Acquisition team, to provide consultation and mentorship specific to sourcing and recruiting HVAC Technicians. What you will do: Responsible for full cycle of recruiting including posting new open roles, sourcing, conducting phone interviews, presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interview schedules, negotiating job offers, and applicant and candidate communications. Work closely with HR Business Partners and internal business customers to manage recruiting strategy with a national focus supporting business needs. Build strong relationships and proactively report recruiting activity through communication, meetings, and tailored reports. Identify, create, and engage diverse candidate pools to create recruiting pipelines to meet the current and long term needs of the business. Understand business strategy and operational goals of the Talent Acquisition teams and devise strategic plans to execute. Provide mentorship to the Talent Acquisition team. Other duties may be assigned. Success Factors: Ability to Recruit in a fast-paced, competitive market. Ability to partner with hiring leaders, peers and human resources to proactively engage in sourcing activity and strategies. Experience using creative approaches to sourcing talent. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required. 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience required. Experience developing and deploying sourcing strategies across a dynamic organization.
