As Plastipaks Project Manager, dedicated to out Blow Molding Platform, you oversee and manage projects for blow-molding technology development, manufacturing, and deployment. Its an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our innovative technology. You Will: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team cohesion. Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements. Manage budgets, expenses, and resource utilization throughout the duration of the project. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables. Partner with internal quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols. Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness You Have: Bachelors degree on Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging, or a related field Demonstrated success as a project manager. This includes large scale, highly complex projects with multiple interdependences. Success is defined as meeting project objectives on time and within budget. A minimum of five (5) years in the packaging industry within R&D Expert level plastics packaging material science knowledge, particularly regarding blow molding and injection molding manufactured products Proficiency with Project Management tools and software, preferably, Microsoft Projects, Teams, and Smartsheet. Working knowledge regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to products made from post-consumer material.
