Your role at Clorox:

Seeking an individual who has a strong understanding of the digital shelf (including retail requirements and ecosystem of tools), product detail page content best practices and optimization opportunities for global online retailers. This individual is passionate about the role that product page content plays in the overall shopper journey. The ideal candidate:

• Has an impeccable eye for detail, a passion for accurate data and is process oriented

• Is drawn to the challenge of making physical products come to life on a digital screen across global retailers

• Has a passion for learning and driving the full content ecosystem - creation to publication, both domestically and internationally

In this role, you will:

International Digital Shelf Capability and Process Development

  • Work closely with international market team leads to support digital shelf initiatives

  • Develop new ways of working and adapt domestic processes for international markets

  • International Salsify management and support international teams on record set up/clean up.

  • Support syndication processes and identify synergies between domestic and international teams, including channel mapping, syndication processes, data clean up/requirements

  • Keep finger on pulse of key opportunities to drive findability and best in class content across key retailers

Domestic Day to day content management for subset of retailers and businesses

  • manage external agency partner to drive NIS, content refresh, data gap fill, etc. to support publication across key retailers and businesses

  • syndication support for key digital shelf vendors day to day operations

  • work closely with customer teams to manage assortment and enable industry leading PDP content

  • Data governance and gap fill support

Assist in building Best in Class Content and Processes

  • Work cross-functionally to support integration of content work with Brand Studios and optimization opportunities with retail partners

  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes and systems, and recommend improvements

  • Develop best practices and train organization on eCommerce content and product data/governance requirements

What we look for:

  • +3 of experience in Digital Shelf, Digital Content

  • Salsify knowledge and expertise

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Knowledge of Syndigo, Brandbank, Stibo preferred

  • Experience working within complex and varied databases and portals

  • Interest in becoming a tenured subject matter expert in eCom Content

  • Team player with a problem solving mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where roles, structure, processes, and priorities are ever-evolving

  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and results-orientation

  • Interest in learning and building global knowledge and skillset

  • Ability to lead projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple, varied requests and bring together different points of view

  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-orientation and ability to manage tight timeline

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
