Job Title: Purchasing AssistantJob Description

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer support, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently. You will be instrumental in maintaining excellent customer relationships by understanding their business needs and addressing issues proactively. This role involves acknowledging and entering orders into the ERP system, ensuring compliance with customer and business requirements, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet these standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a positive business approach, and be self-directed with a readiness to leverage their experience in the Aerospace marketplace.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and some days remote.

Work Environment

Located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Hybrid schedule with 1 remote workday of your choice per week. You will be part of a team of 8, led by team lead Christina, aiming to grow as new members join.
