• Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 3 - 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst/Systems Analyst, working closely with business and technology partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution

• strong understanding of business & technical requirements, and able to break them down into user stories and tasks

• Good understanding of Low Level Design & architecture diagrams

• Must understand code (Java). Understand it and how APIs work.

• High level understanding of life cycle of a request originating from a browser

• Experience in both Agile methodology and Waterfall methodology

• Extensive background in JIRA

responsibilities:

• Communicate and work with Developers to ensure acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied

• Work with Feature Lead/Product Owner on technology to design and develop

• Communicate and work with Testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements

• Analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.

• Facilitate team routines such as the daily stand-up, sprint reviews, product demos, and Feature/Story grooming.

• Manage all the ceremonies (sharing this with the feature lead/product owner)

• Maintain the Requirements backlog and keeping it up to date

• Keep stories groomed (2 weeks in advance)
