Our Senior Director owns the Retail Sales & Execution field team to strengthen Chobani’s presence in the team’s assigned geographic areas. The Senior Director supervises the retail arm of the sales team and will be responsible for driving the selling, merchandising, and distribution efforts across the country.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the performance of the total retail team and the development of future growth strategies. Evolve and implement retail strategy. Work in partnership across the organization to build multi-year plans. Direct partner to CBU Leadership for problem solving and issue identification. Analyze data and reporting to identify areas of opportunity. Drive team performance through coaching and accountability. Responsible for the training and development of Retail Execution team Represent Retail team impact and perspective to Senior Leadership Act as a subject matter authority as well as a project manager for key operational projects on cross-functional teams. Anticipate problems and future trends, assesses opportunities and risks while developing solutions to meet the business needs. Analyze broker contracts in coordination with key partners to resolve most efficient use of resources. Company-wide impact through planning and growing retail presence across the country. Put Chobani's culture first by driving team engagement and community activities Implement the talent selection, training, and performance management Oversee compliance with company policies and functional processes Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of experience, or combined experience of demonstrated ability and high level performance across selling, influencing and in-store execution Strong selling skills and ability to influence at customer level and internally Previous people management experience Self-motivated with proven track record to work independently within a large market and multitask across a geographical area Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to optimally convey markets insights & conditions back to management Ability to think, formulate & present alternative ways to go to business in respective markets Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours Willingness to travel 70% of the time or as needed to ensure the distribution network is successful
