Connected Commerce Data and Analytics is seeking a lead to drive and implement strategy around overall Data & AI agenda to support the Connected Commerce Business as a whole. The CC Data & AI team is responsible for overall data strategy, ownership, governance as well as identifying and driving the Gen-AI agenda across Connected Commerce Line of Business at JPMorgan.

As a Product Delivery Manager within JPMorgan's Consumer and Community Banking team, you will engage with team(s) (comprised of software engineering, infrastructure development, architecture, servicing, data analytics, machine learning and advanced data scientists) to advance the product's vision and strategy to satisfy business needs with the goal of enabling Connected Commerce data assets to support key business priorities and leveraging Gen-AI to reduce cost and or increase revenues via various use case implementations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to know how to drive Agile and Lean frameworks that result in a quality product delivery and continuous improvement by embracing agility as a practice. You will also be at the crux of data, technology, product and design. You will be able to manage a project from end to end and will have responsibility at the program level to identify issues, risks and dependencies to execution. Additionally, you will understand and be a visionary in terms of how AI can change the way we work, do business and propel the organization forward.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop the delivery of the data product roadmap and priorities with collaboration of cross functional teams
Drive overall data strategy to effectively delivery data products across the business in support of analytics, P&I and AI
Create user stories, test scripts, and acceptance testing criteria as needed
Partner with internal and external teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, ops, servicing, marketing, ...) on prioritization and development of product features
Drive product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and data-based decision-making to manage the evolution of the roadmap
Refine and iterate product roadmap based on business objectives, customer research, competitive dynamics, and analytics
Evaluate vendor offerings and build vs. buy recommendations
Maintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and journeys, and uses competitive analysis to anticipate trends and ascertain best practice to provide fresh insights into backlog
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, advancements in generative AI and overall innovation technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree required with a min. of 7 years of work experience with background as strategy manager
Demonstrated success driving automation, innovation and advancement of AI/ML or business intelligence solutions
Demonstrated experience in driving Generative AI use cases from idea to production is a must
Working knowledge of project and product management techniques (e.g., product strategy development, customer engagement, Waterfall, CPM, WBS))
Experience in leading agile, cross-functional teams, often through influence (i.e., not direct oversight
Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure
Create solutions to customer-based problems and insights
Be a strategic thinker that demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive partnerships across all levels of the organization, including teams located in different locales
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of call center applications and tools
Familiarity with Product Management in Travel industry and at least one business type within Connected Commerce
Working Knowledge and Experience with JIRA, Confluence Tools, Executive level presentations
Ability to communicate and story tell around book of work to senior populations of leaders
